We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our HR team and provide support to our HR Operations and Talent Acquisition functions. The ideal candidate should have an interest for human resources and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.

We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our HR team and provide support to our HR Operations and Talent Acquisition functions. The ideal candidate should have an interest for human resources and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist Talent Acquisition team on talent sourcing and interview arrangements.
• Maintain candidate database and training records, ensure accurate and up-to-date records keeping.
• Assist in employer branding events’ coordination and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in Induction Training scheduling & Assessment.
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks when needed.

About You
To join us as an HR Intern, your skills and experience should include:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
