Associate Consultant - Engineering Division

We are currently recruiting a Recruitment Junior Consultant for our Engineering Division in our Lisbon team. In Portugal, we place candidates on a permanent basis in all the fields of Engineering: Manufacturing, Industry, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Energy, Construction and Infrastructures, Pharma, Biotech and Healthcare.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Business development

- Organize and meet with clients (usually C-level)

- Managing all phases of the recruitment processes, maintaining a straight relationship with clients and candidates

- Prepare and send reports+CV's to clients

- Develop a network and understanding of the market

Requirements:

At Robert Walters, previous recruitment experience is not a requirement. Many of our consultants have backgrounds in the industries for which they now recruit and as a result add significant value to both our clients and candidates.
