Your responsibilities as an Account Manager:
- Sourcing new candidates for the business using a variety of methods
- Developing new business and maintain relationships with existing clients;
- Advising clients face to face on the developments of the market and their recruitment needs;
- Conducting interviews with professionals, advising them on their career pat hand selecting them for specific roles;
- Managing clients and candidates in the recruitment procedures.
