What do you do as a Recruitment Consultant?

As a recruitment consultant you mix your social and commercial skills. With these skills you quickly understand and meet the needs of your customers. In this way you can make a real impact on your candidate’s career. On top of that, you will contribute to the development of the internal organization of your clients by linking them to the perfect candidates for their vacant positions. A win-win for both parties! During the entire recruitment process you will give a professional and pleasant guidance for both client and candidate.

Finance division

Within the Finance division you focus on the recruitment of accounting & finance professionals for different kinds of clients, varied from SME to Fortune 500 organizations. We recruit for positions such as controllers, CFO’s, finance managers and auditors on both interim and permanent base.

Our office in Eindhoven

Our Eindhoven office is in the heart of Brainport City: the most intelligent city of the Netherlands. We work hard, and at the same time the office environment is very warm and friendly. There are around 20 motivated and social team members and there is always time for some after work fun and working out together.

You bring along

• A bachelor’s degree and relevant working experience in dynamic environments
• Commercial and communicative skills
• Sincere interest in what moves people, as well as in relationship building & management
• An ambitious, bold, and empathetic character
• Excellent English skills
• A minimum of three years of working experience in The Netherlands, so you are familiar with the Dutch market
• Living in or near Eindhoven
