Our fastest growing Team in Lisbon is growing and we are currently looking for a Senior Headhunting Consultant to join our IT&Digital practice!! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Identifying business opportunities by speaking to clients and candidates
• Organising and attending meetings with prospective clients
• Developing existing relationships
• Sending CVs to clients, either for existing roles or on a speculative basis
• Developing an understanding of the market

Requirements:

At Robert Walters, previous recruitment experience is not a requirement. Many of our consultants have backgrounds in the industries for which they now recruit and as a result add significant value to both our clients and candidates.
