Who we are looking for:

The Client is a top-tier insurance firm.

• This role will handle the Financial Services recruitment partnership/management for the client.
• This role requires an experienced RPO leader who has the ability to partner with hiring managers and employees alike.
• This role is to manage the Recruitment activity and ensure delivery of all permanent or temporary/contract recruitment across all skill bands, through the on and off-site teams.
• Provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders
• Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes for the Client
• Manage the team effectively, encouraging focus on delivery and results
• Identify and follow up opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Resource Solutions services
