About the Role:

Based in Manila, the role will be responsible for management information, process improvement, research, and implementation of platforms to increase the commercial value of the day-to-day operations of the Robert Walters business (excluding Resource Solutions).

Key role responsibilities will include:

• Using various systems to closely monitor business leads and track client hiring to produce reports for the front-line and marketing

• Analysing trends in the jobs market, identifying client and candidate trends

• Providing MI for key business decisions and providing value to each vertical by closely working with the Director team

• Process improvement – evaluate the current business processes and see if new processes and use of data can improve performance
• Creation of client market intelligence for pitches and proposals
• Working with the marketing team to turn data into useful marketing i.e. heat maps
• Creating and collation Market Intelligence services
• Work with the marketing team to bring marketing and data/insight together. Playing a part in delivering marketing campaigns targeted at the right candidates/clients
• Become an expert in Robert Walters systems and explore ways Robert Walters can gain advantage/create revenue from these systems
• New market entry, completing analysis on market performance, candidate size, etc to enable the business to make more informed decisions of markets and disciplines to launch

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in market research, market intelligence, or market data analysis
• Problem-solving through data usage
• Excel (look-up, Pivot tables)
• Intermediate to advanced MS PowerPoint and Word experience
• Training and presentation skills
• Degree educated
• The ability to evaluate data and create commercial value
• It would be beneficial to understand recruitment, but this is not essential, however, you will need the ability to understand different industries/sectors and the drivers of these markets
