Role Profile

Reporting to the Head of Solutions, the Solutions Architect will collaborate with a number of key internal stakeholders to:

  • Lead the design of innovative and transformative workforce solutions for opportunities originated by the APAC Sales team
  • Support the delivery of bids and proposals from a sales perspective, ensuring all aspects of the proposal reflect and promote the benefits of the solution effectively
  • Jointly lead the sales-to-implementation handover and provide expertise and support on all elements of the solution sold from the award of preferred bidder to Go-Live
  • Ensure the integrity and durability of our solutions by conducting 6 month post-Sales reviews, whilst working with operational leadership to design new services to meet the changing needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with the wider Solutions teams in EMEA and US to support the design of multi-region and global solutions incorporating APAC

Responsibilities

New Business & Strategic Client Development:

  • Work in partnership with the Sales lead to gain a full understanding of the client's key drivers and requirements
  • Review all client RFx documentation and data released as part of the tender process, raise relevant clarification questions and prepare detailed opportunity overview documents
  • Lead whiteboarding sessions with relevant internal stakeholder groups to define the client solution and value proposition (ie operating model, experience and technology)
  • Leverage internal and external data to accurately model headcount
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure commercial viability of the proposed model
  • Work in partnership with the bid team to ensure that all elements of the proposal reflect and promote the value of the solution
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations throughout the sales process
  • Work to adapt the solution in collaboration with sales lead, commercial team, and operational stakeholders on receipt of new information and as part of ongoing negotiation with clients throughout the tender process

Sales-to-implementation:

  • Prepare all required documentation and jointly lead the sales-to-implementation process, ensuring all pertinent aspects of the solution including any assumptions or outstanding / unresolved issues that require further discovery and due diligence are communicated
  • Continue as the point of contact for the implementation team for all questions and matters related to the proposed solution

Continuous improvement and innovation:

  • Lead internal projects to develop and refine the regional tools and methodologies used for solution design
  • Actively participate in working groups around key areas of transformation, innovation and product evolution
