I'm celebrating each success
I'm Robert Walters

I started with the Robert Walters Group as a consultant in our Walters People finance team back in 2007, and it's been an exciting journey from the beginning. Within my first five years, I had been promoted to manager and had added multiple offices to my remit. Today, I'm a director, responsible for the Robert Walters and Walters People finance teams in Antwerp, Ghent, Groot-Bijgaarden and Zaventem. For me, that was a real vote of confidence from my directors and a sign that they trusted I was ready for the responsibility.

Our people’s success depends on how they want to grow their career. Throughout the years, I have had many development opportunities and celebrated every career milestone:

  • Industry-leading training hosted by our senior management team
  • Participating in international management conferences
  • Being part of the Group’s Global Explorer Programme, allowing me to spent a week working at our office in San Francisco
  • Qualifying for multiple Incentive Weekends for top achievers (Dubai, Las Vegas, Miami,…)

These incentive weekends are incredible and offer you the opportunity to celebrate success with colleagues from around the world. Meeting successful colleagues from different cultures allowed me to extend my network and build stronger relationships.

In our business, it’s all about people. Working closely together with my team and having the trust and confidence from my managers have played a big role in my individual success. Being a director now, it’s my ambition to provide the same level of support to my peers and managers, hoping they will build a similar success story.

If you are a true team player looking for a long-term career, our teams will do anything to see you succeed.
