Transforming yourself into an inclusive leader

How do inclusive leaders think and act? Transforming yourself into an inclusive leader

As skills shortages continue to intensify around the globe, employers are facing the ever-increasing challenge of attracting and retaining top talent, which is critical to maintaining a competitive advantage.

At the same time, professionals from both majority and minority groups are favouring employers with inclusive cultures and inclusive leaders. In fact, over 55% of employees we surveyed said they would turn down a job offer if the company values didn’t align with their own.

Within this context, the role of the leader as a culture shaper has become critical. What leaders say and do matters and there is a growing expectation from both majority and minority groups that leaders speak up on diversity and inclusion issues, and role model ethical and inclusive behaviours.

Becoming an inclusive leader has now become a critical factor in future-proofing your business and maintaining a competitive advantage.

Hosted by Dan Robertson, ED&I expert and Director, VERCIDA Consulting, we’ll also welcome three speakers to share their experiences of working as inclusive leaders:
