Robert Walters Group is proud to be recognised for its virtual coaching in Disruptive HR’s #BetterNormalAwards.
Launched in the wake of the Covid-19 crisis, the awards are designed to celebrate companies that have demonstrated innovation, agility and resilience in response to the global pandemic — using the crisis to make lasting changes to the way they deliver HR to their people.
Disruptive HR recognised the Robert Walters Group for implementing a remote coaching programme for leaders and managers across the business. Developed by the Group’s talent development team, the programme offered bespoke individual and team coaching sessions to help leaders and managers navigate the challenges presented by the Covid-19 crisis. Through a series of virtual coaching conversations, managers were offered the opportunity to access coaching focused on their specific needs, such as adapting to managing their teams remotely, maintaining personal resilience and strategising for success.
The switch from in-person to virtual coaching has enabled the business to deliver rapid support to over 100 managers globally with more meaningful insight that can be actioned immediately to improve day-to-day activity.
Indy Lachhar, Group Talent Development Director, commented:
“We are proud of the creativity, agility and care we’ve shown to implement a high-quality virtual coaching service to our people, and to have our efforts recognised by Disruptive HR is immensely rewarding.
“In a short time, we have seen numerous benefits of our virtual coaching programme such as increased wellbeing, engagement, and clarity of action for our people as well as financial benefits for the business. We’re looking forward to developing this programme further and ensuring we continue to unlock the potential of our people well beyond Covid-19.”
