The Robert Walters Group is pleased to announce the inclusion of Robert Walters and Walters People UK in Great Place to Work®’s 2020 list of Best Workplaces™ for the third year in a row.

The Group's UK business ranked 21st place in the Large category which considers organisations with 251 - 1000 employees. 

Best Workplace™ is the largest survey of its kind globally that assess workplace cultures and people practices across 57 countries, and is widely considered the most authentic indicator of good employment practices.

The external survey found that 82% of our UK employees stated that the organisation was a ‘great place to work’ and gave the company an overall trust index score of 79%.

Robert Walters UK has also been recognised for Excellence in Wellbeing by Great Place to Work® in 2020.
