This category showcases organisations that demonstrate how their use of technology has been instrumental in making advances in the area of employee engagement. The implementation of the technology will be measurable, sustainable and have contributed to the performance and profitability of the organisation.
Indy Lachhar, Global HR Director at Robert Walters Group, said “We’re delighted to be recognised as a finalist at the 2022 Engage Awards. The implementation of Glint has supported us in developing action plans that, based on genuine feedback, have helped to improve the working lives, happiness and well-being of our employees. The global technology roll-out was a great example of collaboration between our front office, business partner functions and leadership and has set the bar for similar large projects in our business. I’m proud of the impact it has had on our people so far and look forward to the exciting opportunities it presents for the future.”
Some of the world’s best customer and employee success stories were entered into the programme from organisations including Sky, Sunseeker International, NatWest, Places for People, Aston Villa Football Club, Hertfordshire Police, Checkatrade, Network Rail, GSK, DAZN, Warner Music Group, Bupa, Virgin Media O2, Trailfinders, TransUnion, Roadchef, Ocado Group, Boots UK, Entain, Coutts, Affinity Water and many more.
