We believe in the strength of a diverse global workforce that champions the right for their people to be their true, authentic selves.

That's our vision.

As a global recruitment business, we at Robert Walters Group understand the power and responsibility we have to create a fair and inclusive workplace for all. We continually strive to create a workplace based on the principles of inclusion and respect for all: a place where everyone listens and learns for each other to drive innovation; a place where everyone can be their authentic self.

Our ambition is to be a global through leader, so we seek to leverage our relationships with our clients, candidates and colleagues, and our inclusive recruiting expertise to challenge status quo hiring practices.

We believe this is the role we can play to build a more equitable society for all.

ED&I Leadership

"A great thing about working for the Group is that we are always trying to adopt best practice and take a leading position, whether that's with the services we offer or the stance we take on particular issues."

Coral Bamgboye Global Head of ED&I

Celebrating diversity

We’re passionate about celebrating diversity.

From sharing traditional recipes for Diwali and ANZAC festivities, through to joining Muslim colleagues in fasting during Ramadan, throughout the business we continue to celebrate and support annual occasions such as International Women’s Day, LGBTQ+ Pride and Black History Month.

Looking Ahead

Our promise to you is to continue to identify key measurable and aspiration ED&I goals we hope to achieve as a business for our employees and look forward to launching new Employee Resource Groups to support the broad spectrum of diversity across our global footprint.

"As a member of the Group’s ED&I council, I want to become a role model across the globe by connecting ambitious people and helping them understand that they do not need to choose between their career and their family life."

Ozlem Simsek, Managing Director of Robert Walters and Walters People Belgium

"LGBTQ+ employees rated Robert Walters Group 8/10 as an LGBTQ + employer - a solid rating but one I hope we see increase further over the coming year."
