The Robert Walters Group is proud to announce today that we have been shortlisted for the Reuters Events: Responsible Business Awards 2021 in the category of 'Product or Service Innovation’.

The Reuters Events: Responsible Business Awards are a world-leading awards programme celebrating leadership in sustainable business. Beyond acknowledging excellent sustainability strategies, the awards recognise those businesses that are truly making an impact on business, society and the environment.

We are proud to be shortlisted among a number of other prestigious organisations in our category, including Walgreen's, Moody's and Chipotle.

The Group's submission focused on the industry-leading inclusivity audit, launched by our recruitment process outsourcing arm Resource Solutions, and designed by our in-house innovation team. Based on a research-led methodology, the auditing service applies a bias minimisation framework drawn from over 60 peer-reviewed academic papers and studies. It also assesses more than 150 touchpoints of an organisation's hiring and recruitment process to identify which aspects are perpetuating bias through the lenses of gender, ethnicity, disability and neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, age, faith and socio-economic factors.

In addition to identifying existing practices and biases, clients are also provided with a list of actionable recommendations to drive meaningful change within their recruitment process, and to help them achieve their diversity objectives.
