The Engage Awards is an international awards programme that recognises organisations who showcase excellence within customer and employee engagement. Their awards categories span every aspect of engagement, such as retention, loyalty, productivity and bottom-line performance.
The Best Employee Support Strategy During a Crisis category recognises businesses that introduced strategies to support employees at every level throughout the Covid-19 crisis which have resulted in greater employee engagement and retention.
